There are few parts of modern homes more vital than the electrical sockets, but the increased use of various devices and appliances has meant that many homes could do with a few more. 1. Reduced Reliance on Extension Leads
Since people now use more appliances than older homes might have been designed for, it's common to require multiple extension leads to provide all your devices with the electricity they require. If you don't have enough conveniently located sockets, you can find yourself running extension leads around rooms to compensate. These allow you to charge more devices and removes your reliance on the plug adaptors commonly required for smartphones and tablets. As an added plus, devices often charge faster when plugged into a USB or USB-C port, so you won't have to wait around as long to get a full battery.
